This property offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a portable A/C unit and dehumidifier in the living area. Sleeps 9 Max: BD#1- 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins & 1 Double) BD#2 - Queen, BD#3 - Queen. Cable and Wifi included. Docking to wood poles for 1 boat and 1 smaller craft ( jet ski/personal watercraft ) on private dock. Public boat ramp 1 mile away at Pendergast Point. Plenty of parking in driveway for boat trailers also! Fire ring in yard makes for memorable lakeside memories! The lake is very sandy and has a gradual slope in front of our cottage! There is a 8 foot wide ramp by the dock to wade into the water or a ladder at the end of the dock! This is an awesome property for your Chautauqua Lake Rental! No smoking or pets.
