This home features an open floor plan, 9 ft ceilings, dual zone heat/ac, lots of windows and 3 porches (a 2nd floor balcony, front porch, and back deck), dbl sinks in both full baths, 1/2 bath on 1st floor, 3 bdrms (2 queens and 1 king), plenty of parking, smart TV in living room, and gas fireplace. Upon request, for boat show and commissioning week, we will set up a queen air mattress in the office so you can sleep 8. Fully appointed with everything you need as we live there part time - just bring your clothes! Doggy door and fully fenced yard!
