There is also a mudroom leading to the two-car garage. This level opens directly to the backyard — your easy in-and-out for grilling, games, dining, and TV.
BASEMENT — MOVIE THEATER
A true home theater with lay-flat leather recliners, a 75" smart TV loaded with the major streaming apps (bring your own logins), a full sound system, acoustic-paneled walls, and blackout curtains for real movie-night darkness. A fifth bedroom sits down here too — a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed. A dedicated laundry room with full-size washer and dryer completes the level.
