While near Atkins Park, the property is close to Decatur, the popular Old Fourth Ward, Inman Park, Eastlake, VA Highlands, and Poncey Highlands. These areas are home to some of the city's most colorful street art, well-known eateries and craft bars, verdant green areas, and mixed-use developments like Krog Street Market and the "must-see" Ponce City Market. (Drink, shop, play, and eat) Four of the most famous biking and walking trails in the city may be found here, including FREEDOM PARK, EASTSIDE TRAIL, PIEDMONT PARK, and CENTRAL PARK.
