This unit is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. There is no elevator. There are 2 exterior stairs into the unit/property.

-There is no on site parking. We will send you a list of nearby paid garages with your check-in instructions.
-Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property.
You`ll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks.

In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay.
