Welcome to our Beach Dream! This stylish home features a modern kitchen that is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Meal time is the perfect time to gather at the circular dining table for five. The kitchen island extends eight counter seats to accommodate additional friends and family. Adjacent to the kitchen, an open space boasts a pool table and a Peloton bike (Electrical component currently not working), both offering picturesque views of the backyard. Unwind in the living room area, laying on the large sectional sofa, while watching your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Vacation time is no time to do laundry, but you can if you wish with the washer + dryer added for your convenience.

Dockage Information & Guidelines
-The boat dock behind the home will be unavailable from January 6 to July 6, 2025. Thank you for understanding.
- Dockage available at $2/ft per night.
- Maximum boat length: 40 ft.
- Water hose provided for easy boat cleaning at the property.
- Fixed bridge on the Dania Cut-Off Canal has a clearance of approximately 13 feet, subject to tide levels.
- "Slow speed/minimum wake" is required in most areas throughout the year, with some zones restricted to idle speed/no wake. Please follow these regulations to ensure safety and protect nearby structures.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
**All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.**
-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
