Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom 3-story townhouse, in a gated community located 10 minutes from the Galleria, 20 minutes from the Texas Medical Center, with quick access to I-10 highway. This newly built stylish house boasts a dedicated office space for traveling professionals to work quietly, well-equipped spacious kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, large dining and living area with a 65 inch TV for streaming your favorite channels. You will have full access to brand new washer and dryer in unit to help keep your laundry clean. All bedroom are on the same 3rd floor. Master bedroom has own standing shower with large closet, other 2 smaller bedrooms shared a bathroom, with own closet. A towel/robe warmer is available for those cold days, as well as blankets in each room. Each room has wall mounted smart TV. Central heating and cooling throughout.

-- There are 2 video cameras located on premises facing the driveway and front entrance, these camera came with the house. Live video streaming from said cameras located in self contained closet in master bedroom. ONLY individual staying in master bedroom can see live video video.
-- There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door. And another Ring camera above the garage door. The cameras records video and sound when motion is detected.
-- No smoking allowed. smoke scent can be a nuisance for guests that are unable to tolerate due to health issues, think about other guests.
