You will come to love this city and our goal is to ensure that you feel the same love for the apartment we offer as your personal home here in NYC. THE APARTMENT: The living room is fully furnished and contains: Large Flat screen TV with cable a Sleeper sofa bed big enough for 1 adult Extra Lounge chair The Kitchen is ready to be used: Plates, Glasses and silverware Pot and pans as well as other cookware Normal sized appliances (all fairly new) Coffee maker, toaster and microwave all available There is a Master Bedroom with private Bath: Very Expensive Queen bed (extra cozy) Closet for storage Full Bathroom with bathtub shower combo Bathroom 2: Shower Toilet Sink Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. (extras stored in apartment) Blow dryer Second Bedroom: Queen size bed Storage Closet Third Bedroom: Full size Bunk beds Closet for storage APARTMENT AMENITIES: High Speed Internet/WIFI Cable Great location Please note, this is not elevator accessible The East Village!! This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Guests Agree to: Leave All Towels in bathroom @ check out Leave Any Keys on Kitchen counter @ checkout Wash all dishes Please check out by 11am Guests agree to NEVER disclose to any neighbor or building staff that you are renting the apartment. The website nor listing should EVER be disclosed. Guests agree to be discrete, considerate and respectful of our apartment and neighbors at all times. Always remember you're simply a friend and a guest of ours staying in our apartment. 1. Check in time is between 3:00PM and 8:00 PM and Check out time is by 11:00AM. 2. Check ins after 8pm will incur a $30 per hour service charge until arrival. 3. Early check ins will incur a $30 service charge per hour until 3pm or scheduled check in time 4. Checkouts after 11am will incur a fee of $30 per hour(Late check out) Late Checkouts and early check ins are subject to apartment availability
