Step inside this two-level home to find the main living spaces on the ground floor and all four bedrooms upstairs. There's an inviting living area with dual sofas and a TV, an adjacent formal dining room, and a cozy kitchen appointed with all the essential appliances. There are lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy as well - a tree-lined yard with a picnic table and a firepit and a wrap-around deck that's accessed from the second-floor landing.
In the evenings, as the day's clothes spin in the private washer/dryer, you can retire to one of four bedrooms - all with TVs and two with walk-in closets.

Dogs must be on a leash when outside in the HOA community and at the park, other facilities, and the lake area. They are not allowed on the lake beach per HOA rules.

Fishing at the lake is permitted. Guest are required to have a beach badge (provided w/home rental) and a Pennsylvania Fishing license for persons over the age of 16. Fishing licenses can be obtained at the Pocono Boat House, approximately twelve minutes driving distance from 98 Black Bear Pass.
