This beautiful and spacious home has Direct Oceanfront Living. Ocean views and deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean.Upon entering the 1st level of this 4/2 home you will find the completely updated kitchen and family area met with tons of natural light and great views of the ocean pouring in from the windows and sliding glass doors. Ground floor is the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room which are open to each other and the Ocean views.From the family room walk out back to your spacious dock and deck area. The deck has plenty of both shaded and unshaded areas allowing you to you enjoy as much or as little sunlight as you would like. The hot tub, lounge chairs, room for outdoor seating, and beautiful landscaping make entertaining by the ocean easy. The 50 foot dock, fish cleaning station, and immediate water access help exploring the water of the FL keys by boat convenient. The second level holds the spacious 4th bedroom overlooking the ocean, walk out onto your balcony directly from the bedroom which is perfect for lounging and relaxing while enjoying the ocean scenery.
