Situated up a small hill from the lake access with beautiful sunset views, a wooded canopy to the North and a flowing stream to the South of the property. The house boasts 4 bedrooms including a king bed primary suite, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bed and pull-out sleeper sofa.
2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, fully appointed kitchen with island seating, dishwasher, separate dining space, a home office, gas fireplace, AC/heat, washer/dryer, and ample outdoor space with deck, grill, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and over an acre of lawn for family gathering and games. The home includes amazing lake access with a dock and beach, just a quick 3-min walk down a paved road, to enjoy swims, fishing, and to truly relax & unplug. With 2 paddle boards & 2 kayaks as well as boat mooring for renters: dock your boat 30 feet offshore, swim or kayak to boat and launch from renters dock!
This property sits just 5-miles south of charming downtown Skaneateles Village - chock full of unique shopping and delicious dining. Guests have loved the fishing just off the shore at 5 mile point, hiking the nearby nature preserve trails, and of course boating on the famous 16 mile lake. Taking the paddle boards out in the fall or swimming off the dock in the summer are favorites.
