Guests have full access to the entire home save for an in-law suite, and the backyard. But do have access to the entire front yard and pet friendly side yard. The house has large lockable rooms that include a/c, TV and office space. Home includes full kitchen, and an entertainment room, 1.5 baths. The upstairs one includes a tub/shower combination with a soaking tub, hand-held shower, and grab bar. The second includes a bidet. We are less than ten minutes to SUNY Geneseo, and five minutes from Letchworth State Park -- The Grand Canyon of the East.
