Summary: Rented a room with a kitchen. No problems other than a stray bug. Everything works. Can’t comment on maid service, that type of room is serviced every 2 weeks but getting towels/etc was simple. Multiple washers & dryers too. Front desk polite, responded quickly & respectful.
