Fantasea Cove MIBC212 is a 3rd floor walk up condo, no elevator access. This pet friendly 1 bed/1.5 bath pool front unit, offers a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Have a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a queen size and twin sleeper sofa in the living room area. Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 5 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
