✔This house on this listing was recently high end remodeled, immaculately clean, sunny, approximately 600 sq. ft directly overlooks Lake Ontario, beautiful sunrises and sunsets; cable tv, wifi, off-street parking, full kitchen with all small appliances, dishes, bakeware; one-bathroom; yard, room air-conditioner and fans in each room, central heating; BOOK NOW so you can get your favorite dates, minimum 5-night stay, special low introductory prices! No pets, no smoking in the house, no shoes in the house.
✔Any child must be supervised at all times as the house is on a waterfront cliff. Climbing down the rocks to the water is not allowed. The closest beach is approximately one mile away, a small beach at the Wilson Tuscorara State Park (and you can launch your own Kayaks from that Park), but a large/nicer beach is about 20 minutes away on Grand Island (Beaver Island State Park). There are hiking trails nearby, a boating harbor, wineries, farmer's markets and pick your own fruit/vegetables, nice restaurants, breweries, scenic drives, and Niagara Falls USA is approximately 15 - 20 miles away via the Niagara Scenic Parkway.
✔ Availability: 5 night stays or longer; book now to get your desired dates! Please note that this house is a total rebuild, and we are offering it for rent to our guests before the final trim work is done - thus, the trim work around the windows, doors, and baseboards is not yet installed - the laundry room walls are unfinished - this does not affect the usability of the house, you reservation acknowledges that you accept no trim work yet and the laundry walls being unfinished. For spring and summer rentals, this house is best cooled by opening the front sliding door and the side screen door, and turning on the fans; there is a room air-conditioner in the living room. The sliding door and the windows are Low E Coastal Impact - they are multiple panes of glass, wood, and are very heavy - the sliding door will require you to give a push to slide it open, be aware of this.
✔Because this is a waterfront house, one aspect of “lake living” is that during some seasons, there will be harmless bugs outside - flys, mosquitos, small spiders, your booking of this house acknowledges your acceptance of these possibilities. The house is small and cannot accommodate regular sized beds. Bedroom #1 will only fit a double futon, which is there - please note that the right side of the futon bed is against a wall. Bedroom #2 is accessed by walking through Bedroom #1, and Bedroom #2 is even smaller. There are two single roll away cot type beds in it, with new box springs and mattresses on top of the box springs, a tight squeeze to fit both beds. Off Bedroom #2 is the utility room - that has the furnace, hot water tank, and European style combo washer/dryer in it. The walls of the utility room are unfinished. There are fabric drapes/not doors/between the rooms (as the trim work and final doors are not installed yet) - If these things do not bother you, then we invite you to rent our waterfront property - a rebuilt small waterfront house, with high end finishes, tv, cable, wifi, high end kitchen, custom cabinets, high end bathroom, nice linens, safe location, off-street parking, washer/dryer all for the nightly price less than that of a hotel room.
