DESCRIPTION
Designed in a Cape Cod style, this beach house blends timeless warmth with modern comfort and amenities. Encompassing the entire second level of the building, the living area features an open-concept kitchen with GE Monogram appliances and an island with a breakfast bar for 3. An adjacent dining area flows seamlessly into a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and a sleek gas fireplace — all with ocean views. From the living area, step outside to a stunning wraparound terrace complete with lounges and a pub-height dining table and the sounds of the ocean.
The ocean-view primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and en-suite bath and opens to the wrap-around beachfront balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and an ocean-view balcony. Bedroom 3 has a full over twin trundle bed and Bedroom 4 is equipped with a king bed and there is a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo in between.
Additional amenities include TVs in all rooms, a work desk, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and box fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. In-home laundry and detergent are also provided for your convenience.
