Amazing Location! WALK TO ALL in this quaint Little Town including restaurants, boutiques, Tops Supermarket and stores. The Veterans Beach/Park is located right across the way, down the hill. No need to drive! Pk has swing/slides, basketball hoops and a KAYAK LAUNCH. Boat rentals across the way.
Our home- The kids will definitely enjoy playing hide and go seek in this MAZE LIKE home. There are several steps leading from one room to another this is NOT a 1 level home. The back bedroom does have a step up to the bed as well. This was how the home was made.
Bedrooms are located in their own private areas. We Have two bedrooms that are adjoining or can be private-with door. This would work out great for parents with their children and may vacate the room with out interruption. We have 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms (showers), own entrances. We have a beautiful country like kitchen with many windows and 2 skylights. The kitchen has 2 stoves, 2 sinks w/ garbage disposals, an ice-maker/ Refrigerator and Plenty of counter space and utensils for your cooking needs. There are 2 ceiling fans and an a/c unit located in the kitchen, a coffee area. A family sun room and livingroom with TVs (LIMITED channels)
Outside - We have a fire pit in the yard for roasting marshmallows and share some fun memories together. A Gas grill. A nice size deck overlooking the lake and beach. The best is may see the fireworks from our glass sunroom, and yard. So you don’t even have to leave the house. The Sagamore has quite a few firework shows through out the summer. Activities- There are many activities close to town if you decide to venture out of Bolton. I have plenty of brochures located in the kitchen.
We do NOT have a boat slip. If you are interested in renting boats, and kayaks there are several places close by you may rent from and I would suggest you reserve them quick because they do go fast. **FYI** If you want to bring your boat i would highly suggest renting a home with a boat slip because it’s almost impossible to get a boat slip to rent in Bolton. We have a book with all info and ideas at in the kitchen.
You may walk to the Sagamore Resort/Golf Course which has a spa. Stewarts which is a 2min walk has awesome icecream. My favorite is the peanut butter pandemonium.
Distance- Lake George 15/20mins , Saratoga for antiquing 35 mins. The Great Escape water park 20mins. The Glen Drive-In Movie Theater Glens Falls, NY approx 20mins. Etc.
Just a reminder that this is not a beach house it is a beautiful not modern, rustic corky cottage by the lake. So make sure this is a GOOD FIT for you, there are plenty of beautiful homes to rent here in Bolton. You may contact me however if u need to change a bulb, kill a fly or move an item so it better fits you pls do so. You would be amazed what pp ask me todo knowing it’s-a 4 hr drive from my home. I do have someone in Bolton for important matters and will help asap if need be. I am not responsible for bad weather, heat, Blackouts etc. however if the black out lasts for a long time we may discuss how to go forward if need be.
