Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, has central air conditioning, teak wood floors and cabinets, sound system, 4K smart TV in family room and two bedrooms, outdoor hot water shower and separate hot water outdoor foot wash, gated pedestrian entrance for total peace and privacy. TV in outdoor alcove above fireplace, and flat-screens in two upstairs bedrooms.

Ten minute walk to two beachfront restaurants (Jake's and Poseidon) and short walk to downtown Del Mar. Maintained in like-new condition and exceptionally clean! Updated in 2025 with fresh paint, new sofa and chairs, mattresses, bedding, lighting, wall art, and microwave. Most of our renters are return guests for many, many years.
Note, beach house is also available for a long-term rental Winter 2026 at a discounted multi-month rate, please ask for details. Complimentary housekeeping provided on a weekly basis for monthly rentals.
