Relax comfortable patio furniture on the over sized terrace as you watch joggers and folks on beach cruisers pass by. As this condo is on the perimeter of North Coast Village, there's no need to walk through the complex. You are a 60 SECOND WALK to the sands of the Pacific Ocean. A stainless steel security screen door w/ keyed 3 point locking system was added for your convenience and security. The screen can not be cut, lifted or pried off. One can relax or sleep with the cool breezes of the Pacific securely. The pool and gym are a 3 minute walk . The assigned parking space is below ground and conveniently located. North Coast Village condominiums do not have air conditioning.
