As you walk into the entrance, you will immediately be drawn to the wall of glass that makes up the rear of the home framing the oversized pool and firepit in the back yard. Overlooking a double fair way of the golf course, there are dramatic sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. It’s a great place to watch the amazing sunsets La Quinta offers nightly as well as some of the best stargazing you will ever see!
The layout of the home offers 3 very private bedrooms with no common walls. One of the rooms is in a detached Casita with an en-suite bathroom. The oversized master suite offers a Cal King bed to get a good night’s rest on. The attached master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a large bathtub, and a huge walk-in closet.
The house has just been completely refurnished with all new designer furniture. The massive living room can comfortably seat 8 guests on the plush leather couches and custom chairs. It`s the perfect place to take in a movie or sporting event on the new 70 inch TV. The smart TV has standard cable as well as Netflix. You can also enjoy your music on the soundbar as it easily connects to Bluetooth.
Between the dining area, the bar, and the kitchen island, there’s seating for 11 guests to sit down and enjoy a meal. This isn’t even including all of the outdoor dining areas available to you. The house has been set up to entertain a group very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking and baking basics. There is also a blender, a standard coffee machine, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. For your outdoor grilling you will find all the essentials needed to take advantage of the large built in natural gas BBQ in the backyard. Kids plates and utensils are provided as well. Oh, and can’t forget the smore’s kit for the firepit in back!
You will have access to the entire house, garage, and Casita. Also, you will have access to book a tee time at 3 of the public courses at PGA West as well as the public club house, pro shop, restaurant and bar.

You will definitely need a car to get around the area.

Music is allowed outside from noon until 10pm. Please be mindful of volume as there are city restrictions on decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule can result in a fine which will be the responsibility of tenant.
Pool can be heated at $100 per day.
The pool is serviced by a pool man on Tuesday and Friday. Gardener is serviced by HOA and days can vary.
Bringing kids? We have plenty of pool toys available as well as some family board and card games. Also, the pool has a Baja shelf that is not only great for tanning, it’s also a fun spot for little ones to splash around (while accompanied of course!).
We will consider pets. Please inquire. Our pet fee is $100.
Looking to Golf? You have access to 3 of the public courses at PGA West which offers premier quality golf and practice facilities. You can easily book online via PGA West website or check Golfnow for a last minute deal.
Coming out for a festival? PGA west is located directly behind the festival grounds allowing you to avoid the massive traffic jams on the way in and out.
No amplified music outside between 10-12pm

Cars must be parked in garage and driveway before any are parked on curb after 10pm. Security will fine $100 if a car is parked on curb and driveway is open.
