Located in the amazing resort community of Encantada. Situated off the main entrance of the resort, yet still just steps to the resort clubhouse, this unit boasts luxurious accommodations for eight, a private, enclosed pool deck and south facing pool, free wifi, free phone with nationwide long distance calls included, cable TV in each bedroom as well as a big screen in the living room, a fully-appointed kitchen, and an in suite washer and dryer.
This house is the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge. Each of the four bedrooms is unique. Upstairs, bedroom one has 2 twin beds and bedroom two has a bunk bed with a Full size on the bottom and a twin size on the top. These two bedrooms are adjacent to a full bathroom. The King master suite is upstairs and is a private retreat with a private en-suite bathroom. Also downstairs is the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, the Queen master suite and full bathroom. Please note that the house has a Camera outside by the front door.

Situated in the safe community of KIssimmee/ Four Corners, Resort is less than 2 miles away from multiple shopping, grocery and dining options. Within that distance, you will find local favorites like Manny's Chop House and Miller's Ale House, as well a national chain restaurants such as Longhorn, Applebee's, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, On the Boarder, Hooters, Chuy's, and Texas Roadhouse, For some basic shopping, head to Walgreen's, SuperTarget, TJ Maxx and Ross, or grab some groceries at the Walmart Supercenter or Publix. Quick bites can be found at two local Chinese take-out restaurants, Pizza Hut, Subway, Panera Bread, RaceTrac, WaWa and a Mcdonalds (located at the end of the entrance to Eancantada).
How about entertainment? The gates to Disney World are 5 miles away. That's 15-20 minutes away on toll free roads. Disney Springs is 8 miles away. Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet is 10 miles away. Sea World and Discovery Cove is 13 miles away. Universal Orlando is 16 miles away. Again, all via toll free roads. Our home is so close to everything Orlando but far enough away that you feel you are on vacation from the traffic and congestion of the major tourist areas. Plus, we are 2 miles from the new Margaritaville Resort; close enough to enjoy these amenities at a fraction of the price.
Speaking of vacation, you don't have to leave our resort to feel like you are miles away from worries. Behind Encantada's secure gates is a 9,000 sq ft clubhouse. The clubhouse includes a cyber café, an arcade, a spa and fitness center, on-site concierge for all the tickets to all the attractions, planned activities for the kids, and a pub that serves beer, wine, frosty beverages and great food.
Through the rear clubhouse doors, you will find paradise. Two heated pools. Two hot spas. Plenty of space to soak up the sun. A beautiful natural lake with walking trails and a fishing pier.
