Positive: Great central location, lovely rooms with city views and enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Staff friendly and helpful

Negative: The lifts! Could be waiting up to 10 minutes plus for a lift to arrive - very slow and one didn’t work. Think only guests staying at the hotel should be able to use the main lifts and guests wanting to visit the restaurant / bar should use the outside lift

Summary: Great centrally located hotel with good views and a lovely rooftop bar
