This home sits in the northern section of Manhattan Beach, one of the most desirable beach cities in Los Angeles. The sand is a short walk away, and the El Porto surf break, a local favorite, is nearby. The Strand bike path runs the length of the coastline and connects south to the Manhattan Beach Pier and downtown, where restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques line the walk streets. Everyday conveniences are close by along Highland and Rosecrans corridors, and LAX is roughly ten minutes away, making arrivals and departures unusually easy for a beach stay.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, the beach, local dining, and daily essentials are all within walking or biking distance, and LAX is roughly ten minutes away. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
