Crossroads Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch style house located in the safe and family friendly neighborhood of North Utica.
3 minutes from the New York State Thruway (I-90) and located at the crossroads of many major roads (Rts 790, 5, 49) we are in the perfect location to easily access Downtown Utica, Rome, Marcy and even hop on Rt 12 toward the Adirondacks.

The convenience doesn’t end there- we are also only a 1 minute car ride to Aldi, Price Chopper, Utica Bread and Walgreens and 5 minutes to Walmart. In the summer, enjoy the What the Truck Food Truck Rally on Tuesday Evenings in Canal Park, only 2 mins away as well.
The Space:
Crossroads Cottage has been designed to be more than just a place to rest your head, but a place to truly enjoy your trip and create lasting memories.
Outdoor Space: The cottage has a large backyard with a patio and deck with outdoor seating, dining table, grill and fire pit. Fully fenced in, we welcome pets and think they will have a great time running around and enjoying the space as well. ( please note outdoor furniture and grill are available seasonally April- October)
Movie Theater: In our basement space we have created our own movie theater with 120 in projection screen with Roku for streaming movies and tv and a Nintendo Switch for playing an assortment of complementary video games. Gamers young and young at heart love being able to play their video games on such a large screen. We also have a SONY sound bar and subwoofer for additional sound
What’s a movie without movie theater popcorn? We have you covered with a full size popcorn machine. A beverage fridge is also available to store all your drinks.
Living Room: Our Living Room features a 56 in SMART TV in addition to our movie theater. There is also a Queen Sized sleeper sofa
Bedrooms: Our three bedrooms feature an assortment of brand new memory foam beds in various sizes and configurations to fit your needs. One bedroom features a Queen size bed, another 2 single beds (perfect for younger travelers- this room also features a smaller 32 in SMART TV and some children's books and toys) and the large master bedroom has a King size bed with sliding glass door out into the backyard. All bedrooms feature blackout curtains to aid with sleep. The master bedroom also has a large desk and can be a perfect work area if you need to work away from home.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped for you to be able to make meals as well. Pots, pans, baking supplies, cooking utensils. You name it we have it! There is also a large dining table that fits 7-8 people and features another sliding door for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living. We also feature a number of different coffee options including, a Keurig with K-cups, Drip Coffee maker, French Press, and electric kettle
Bathroom: Our bathroom features a full size tub and shower, bath linens, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel
Laundry Room: You will also have access in our basement laundry area to a brand new full size washer and dryer
