Relax into this perfect beach house. Just steps from Brick Beach II and the bay! This is a single family 2 story home with ample parking. Large living room with an indoor bar which leads out to a spacious patio with outdoor bar, gas grill and fire pit! Sit by the pond and listen to the blissful flowing water. The patio has a beautiful set up with multiple seating areas and is fully fenced in. We require 1 guest over 24 per every 3 guests.
Inside you will find 4 beautiful decorated bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has both dressers and closets, so lots of room for clothes and storage. The house is minutes away from shopping, bars, amusement parks, yet it is in one of the most peaceful areas of the Jersey Shore away from the hustle and bustle.
We take the safety of our guests very seriously, we ensure that all surfaces, door knobs, handles etc are disinfected, and the home is professionally cleaned after every stay. The perimeter of the house is surveyed by cameras to help ensure everyone's safety.
