A second living zone is also located on the first floor of this home. 2 bathrooms in total with an ensuite to the master bedroom plus a third toilet on the ground floor.
Garage is locked however there are two off street parking spaces with close proximity to the beach and pool areas.
The property is set up with basic soaps, shampoos, toilet paper etc to get you through the first day or two. Linens are supplied but suggest bringing your own beach/pool towels as these are not supplied.
Please note we have a strict no party policy here at Magenta as we are in a residential environment with permanent residents located close by.
Our guests have use of the two outdoor pool areas within Magenta.
Golf rounds can be booked subject to having an active Golf Links number and subject to booking availability.
