The property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have access to the shared bathrooms. It features five TVs, four 32-inch and one 65-inch in the living room, a beautiful tiki bar with an ice maker and separate refrigerator, and ceiling fans. All the kitchen utensils you could need are provided. The lights turn on automatically at night, except for those in the tiki bar. There is access to a navigable canal leading to the sea at the back of the house.
