Summary: I spent 6 unforgettable days at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. My personal butler, David, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of my needs. He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out. I also want to recognize the amazing group of women in dining who checked in on me each day. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel like family. Their dedication and hard work truly do not go unnoticed. My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special.
