Great modern home located in the heart of the Hamptons. Half a block away from the bay beach. Lots of room and parking, (2 Lots). Located across the road is the Canal, the Marina, including fresh fish restaurant and bar. Shopping, train station, Hampton Jitney are close by. Looking for fresh fish, go to Cor J's market 4 miles away--a sight to see indeed! My gardens and 5 ponds are second to none.
Minutes away, Riverhead shopping with major stores--(Costco, and Tanger Outlet) with great selection of stores. Close from Sunrise Highway (27)-easy on and off- you can avoid the traffic nightmares that are are common to travelers going further east.
Along with comfortable sleeping arrangements, the great room provides you with the comfort of a fire place and eight skylights along with three glass sliders to bring light to your space. Along with dining tables, the granite tops hold 10 diners shown in pictures.
F O I--You will not see any prior reviews, as this is the first year with VRBO--However, I have been renting this home on and off for the past twenty tears--3 month stays, 1 month stays, weekly, and 2 weekly. I have much exsperience in this matter, and my focus is to provide to you the best possible service to make your stay the optium of pleasure and memorable for you. I have staff (daily and stand by) to take care of all your needs, both outsidfe and inside the home.
I have a care taker, who is very professional, who spends the entire year taking care of my home, as I am in Florida most of the year, and I need her to be there for obvious reasons--safety, emergency, malfunctions with utilities and so on. She has a seperate entrance to her basement apt with private bath, kitchen, TV, and bedroom. She never enters the main domain, and she is a property manager for a mansion in South Hampton, so she works full time at the other home during the summer.
A large TV room with 72 inch flat screen for your comfort of multiple channels including Netflix, Utube, Hulu are there for you to expand your living space.
Three bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and outdoor shower accommodates everyone's needs.
The home grounds are spacious and are surrounded by decks and porches.
I am cognizant of privacy, safety, and security. Along with the beautiful floral garden delights, I have planted over 90 Leland Cypress trees surrounding the property to protect the privacy of our space. (think walls of green) I was selected to the Hampton Garden Tour (braggadocio-- shameless)
There are four entry and exit doors in the home for your access.
I would prefer weekly and monthly stays at my property.
Nightly rates in off season ( November--March) - are $500 per nights, excluding Thanksgiving week, as well as Christmas week.
