Summary: We arrived earlier than expected after traveling, and the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating by allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. There were a few maintenance issues, though. The toilet handle had to be held down the entire time for it to flush, and the TV frequently froze and wouldn't change channels. We contacted the front desk, and a staff member promptly came up to assist. The room included a mini refrigerator but no microwave. While there are 2 community microwaves on the 1st floor, it was a bit inconvenient having to go downstairs from the 4th floor each time we needed one. There is also a members club on the 4th floor, but since it was closed over the weekend, we weren't able to take advantage of that amenity. The bathroom door had noticeable chipping along the bottom, but the room itself was very clean. The hotel's overall cleanliness was good, although the elevator could use more attention. It needed to be vacuumed and wiped down, and it showed its age with loud operation and chipped paint inside. The outdoor pool was a highlight of our stay. One thing to note is that towels are not provided at the pool, but you can request them from the front desk. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The friendly, accommodating staff and convenient location made for a positive experience.
