New to VRBO, never before rented traditional Cape style house located on a private 1 acre lot in convenient Southampton North less than 5 minutes to town and beaches. This home is used exclusively by our family and is in pristine condition.
Master bedroom has king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Two kids bedrooms each with queen bed that share a full bathroom with bath/shower.
Playroom can be used as bedroom that sleeps 4 - two trundle beds with 2 single mattresses each.
The landscaping is mature, lush and creates a tranquil and private setting. Backyard has a large heated pool with loungers. Deck has BBQ, table, and seating area.
Chefs kitchen with Wolf oven, Thermador refrigerator, wine refrigerator and convenient for center island. Complete set of pots, pans and all plates/utensils.
No short term stays, no group rental. Looking to rent to a family for 2 weeks.
