"Wow!" This will be your first impression as you open the blinds with a touch of a button and enjoy the panoramic views of Santa Barbara and the Pacific Ocean. This beautifully remodeled four bedroom, two bathroom contemporary home is perched on the hillside that the locals call the "Riviera." With gorgeous views and all of the comforts of home, you may never want to leave Vista Riviera once you arrive! Relax on the large sectional couch around the fireplace or on the expansive redwood deck overlooking the city. There are many outdoor and indoor options for outstanding views, sunshine and a gentle breeze! A half glass railing encloses the upper outdoor patio which offers ample outdoor seating and dining arrangements. When you do decide to enjoy the sights of Santa Barbara, it is only a short two mile drive to explore the many attractions of the area such as the Santa Barbara Mission, East Beach, or the many fine shops and restaurants on State Street. If you prefer to dine at home, the kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary culinary items and has been completely remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You can dine inside or out - either way you can enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the lights of Santa Barbara.
When it is time to rest up for the next day, you will find three bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with a flat screen TV. The master bedroom with en suite provides views of the ocean, city and islands from the private balcony. Downstairs is an additional size-able bedroom with private access to another guest patio.
