Located just a couple of blocks from the Delaware Bay, this home offers beautiful sunsets and easy access to beaches that are pet friendly with no beach tags or parking meters. Enjoy a short walk to the Ferry terminal where you may dine at one of the two Exit Zero restaurants or enjoy their weekly concerts on the green. Just a short bike ride away from Harpoons and minutes from the Cape May beaches. Enjoy sunset walks along the Bay sidewalk or on the beach. The home is a three stories and sleeps 8-10 with the top floor offering a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath with a private balcony and access to the rooftop deck where you may enjoy endless views from either deck. The second level has 3 bedrooms one with a private bath and the other two share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to their own deck. The first floor is an enormous open concept kitchen and living room with gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV. The lower level is a perfect game room for the kids with sofas and another flat screen TV and additional bedroom and 1/2 bath.****Please note: Linens and towels are not included - blankets and pillows are included. The home has central air/forced natural gas heat with ceiling fans throughout. The backyard has a paved patio with table and chairs and grill, as well as, an outdoor shower.
