Summary: I think they are doing renovations because there were signs showing where your room is taped up with blue tape but maybe its always like that, falling apart even though they said it was just renovated, and not one person knows what they're doing but i think its always like that. No breakfast except one morning. Absolutely unacceptable! The shower doesnt look like its been clean in awhile, something disgusting dripped from the bathroom fart fan all over the toilet and walls daily, no soap in the womens bathroom downstairs ever because there wasnt even a container and noone ever put even a stand alone one in, only 1 out of 4 dryers worked, washing machines were kind of gross, workout facility was dirty. Tvs are old and pixelated. We were there for a week and honestly it was a disaster the entire time. The bed was comfortable and im glad we had a suite so we had plates and area to cook and eat.
