Both Properties Offer the Feel of Home in a Country Cottage with Butterflies and Birds along with Breathtaking Atmosphere of Nature and Enjoyment of Seasons as well as What Lake Arrowhead has to Offer All Year Round. The Property is located in Walking Distance (15 minutes) or Drive (1/4 of a mile) Right Across the Street from the Main Village where Concerts, shopping, and Holiday Entertainment is held. Across the Street are Beautiful Trails that can be Walked to the Spa of the Pines Resort where you can Book Massages, Kayaking and Bar/Restaurant. Just Follow the Trails!!!! The Home is 3 levels with Deck and has Awesome View of the Lake to Enjoy Your Meals with Family and Friends. The Dining Room is Absolutely Beautiful with Large Table and Beautiful Mountain Views to Enjoy Holidays and/or Get-a-ways! The Den is For Your Family and Friends to Enjoy with Cobblestone Fireplace with 70 inch TV Right Off of the Deck with View of the Lake. Each Room is Adorably Decorated with the Feel of Comfort and Relaxation. This Place is All About the Location As well. Close to Santa's Village with Rock Climbing, Dining, Wedding Events, Ice Skating and Restaurants. During the Winter, there is usually Sleigh Riding where Children can Bring Their Sleds Right up the Street Towards Blue Jay and Close to Snow Summit and about 30 miles From Big Bear. There is a Movie Theater/Rite Aid 1/2 mile away in Blue Jay and Across the Street is Grocery Shopping at Stater Brothers. Owner Can Set up Chairs For Concerts during the Summer Months from (April to September) when Available and at Request. During Winter Months Chains/4-wheeldrive may be required if Roads not cleared by the City. During Snow Season Back Route is recommended.
