Located in the heart of the Grandview Heights Historic District next to downtown West Palm Beach, the stunning Grace Fitzpatrick Vacation Villa was just newly built and completed in 2016.
This luxuriously furnished home sleeps up to 8 guests. The main house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, den (with TV), dining room, a deluxe kitchen (with TV), laundry facilities, expansive pool deck, lounge chairs and a heated private pool. In addition, there is a pool cabana with a queen bed, private bathroom, wet bar/kitchenette and TV. Pool heat is optional.
This home also includes on-premise parking for 2 cars, HDTV, wifi and a Sonos sound system, which can be used with any smart phone (by downloading a free app). In addition to TVs in the kitchen, den and cabana, there is also a TV in the master suite.
The house is located just 10 minutes walking distance to Rosemary Square, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, department stores, outdoor cafes and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Norton Museum of Art are also within 10 minutes walking distance. The beaches are within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) are also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.
