Located in the rural valley of Grose Vale, this secluded property offers a large, family friendly retreat, where holiday memories are made. Lush green paddocks stretch east and west, and a fully fenced rear yard is perfect for outdoor games and activities, as you sit back and supervise from the wide, expansive balconies.
With the kids in mind the property has a seperate games room, fort and trampoline ensuring plenty of activities for all visitors!
Wallabies are regularly sighted, as are the Australian king parrot, the kookaburra, the rosella, the rainbow lorikeet, the bellbird, the galah, and the cockatoo.
And when the sun goes down, retreat inside to the multiple lounge areas and enjoy the ambience of this large and spacious home. Or settle into the heated outdoor spa and watch the light fade with a glass of wine. Don't forget to bring your swimming togs

A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.
Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.
