Summary: Such a great experience. The staff was helpful, kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We went specifically to experience snowflake lane and it is steps from the front of the hotel doors so it’s the perfect spot to enjoy this. My only comment would be about how incredibly packed and loud the pool got. It is a very family oriented hotel so expect to see lots of kids. I do think they could have done a better job maintaining some order in the pool. There were a couple of unsupervised kids being loud and rowdy so it provided a poor experience for the guests with much younger kids. I think doing a check from time to time just to remind some of the rowdier, younger guests to be mindful of their noise levels and to watch out for the little kids in the pool would have been appreciated so everyone could have a great time enjoying the amenities.
