Positive: We really enjoyed our day at TownePlace, finding the location ideal for our stay in Hawthorne. The suites were comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we expected, making our time there very pleasant. The included breakfast was of good quality and offered plenty of variety, with both hot and cold options available. My children especially loved being able to make their own waffles, which was a highlight of the morning for them.

Negative: We encountered a few issues during our stay at TownePlace. Firstly, our room was only cleaned once over the course of our 10-day visit. Although we did request a cleaning and it was carried out, I would have expected more frequent service. Perhaps every other day, for such a lengthy stay. Additionally, we found the parking fee to be quite expensive at $25 per night. Finally, the hotel pre-charged my credit card significantly more than the agreed room rate at least £600 over what we had anticipated and, none of the staff could explain the reason for this discrepancy. If you plan to stay here, I would recommend ensuring you have extra funds available in your account to cover any unexpected charges.
