We provide sporting balls, such as basketball(s) volleyball(s), however, we do not provide tennis rackets or balls. Also, we tend to provide pool rafts to Travelers, solely as a courtesy. Tenant is liable for replacement value in the event the raft(s) require replacement, i.e. irreparable.
The only additional fee you are liable for would be for any On-Demand and/or Pay Per View movies/events ordered through cable and for the refill of any propane used to heat the pool. In order to avoid additional costs to you, you must return premises as provided to you, i.e. orderly, free of trash and furniture in proper location. At the time of departure you are NOT obligated to wash linens and towels or clean the premises, however, premises must be delivered in orderly manner.
