Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children under 13.
Parking: Please park only in designated areas, as outlined in the guest manual. Parking on grass or the street is not allowed.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, noise should not be heard from 25 feet beyond the property line for more than one minute. Please keep noise to reasonable levels from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
House Rules:
No Parties or Events: Parties are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property; additional visitors are not permitted.
No Smoking: Smoking indoors is prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for smoke removal, with an additional $50 for cleaning up cigarette butts.
Hot Tub: Follow the posted hot tub rules. If draining and refilling are required due to misuse, a $250 fee will apply.
Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and must be under 25 lbs. Pets should be supervised, kept off furniture, and pet waste must be removed. A $50 fee will be charged for pet waste removal.
Safety:
Children must be supervised at all times. Running on the patio is not permitted, and glass containers are prohibited in the hot tub area.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times and procedures provided in the house manual.
Damages:
Any damages or breakages should be reported to the host promptly.
