An AC unit for the common area and an open floor plan that goes into the dining room with seating for four people. There is a galley kitchen with a back door that gives you access to the side and back yard. There are two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom and walk in shower. The spare bedroom has two beds: a full as well as a twin. The second detached bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
