The property features large open plan living, dining and kitchen with a newly renovated kitchen including quality appliances, large screen television, DVD player and stereo and once again magnificent views from the dining table. The bedrooms are located upstairs with master containing queen, bedroom 2 containing double and bedroom 3 two sets of bunks. The main bathroom is upstairs containing shower and toilet. There is a second bathroom located downstairs with separate shower and toilet and laundry.
The downstairs living features TV, large lounge and DVD player. A table tennis table is also available. The property has large grassed back yard out the back with a second balcony which is great if the wind picks up.
