Featuring ducted aircon and stylish tiled flooring, the house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with a table setting for 8 people, 2 comfy sofas and a 65” ‘smart’ TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, family sized fridge and loads of bench space. Sliding doors bring you out to an alfresco, covered entertaining area with its own L-shaped lounge, coffee table, outdoor dining for 8 people and an electric barbecue that stands next to a long, vintage butcher’s block for food prep.
