Welcome to our home! Plan your next stay at our stylish, clean, and charming loft-style home in the heart of Atlanta! This cozy, pet-friendly lower-level unit features two bedrooms, comfy furniture, workspace, gym equipment, and offers ultimate convenience—just 10 minutes from the airport and minutes from Atlanta’s top attractions including restaurants, parks, and local colleges. Perfect for business or leisure, it’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, memorable stay!
We carefully chose all the decor and furniture to look great, but also be functional, comfortable, and deliver a 5-Star-Stay. The exposed brick is one of our favorite features! The bedrooms and bathroom are a great size and kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals. The open living room is great for hanging out and watching a game. We have a desk for those who need to do some work and exercise equipment as well.

The home is located in the historic Sylvan Hills neighborhood, walking distance from the Beltline Southside Trail and a short drive to many of Atlanta's main attractions. It's a great place and we love it here!

This listing includes access to the lower level of the home (two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room) and the backyard. Although it's quiet, the top floor of the property is a separate unit that we live in and rent out from time to time when we're not there.

Failure to adhere to the following house rules will result in additional fees and/or cancellation of the reservation:
- Please do not go in the back of the property for any reason or attempt to access the bottom floor on the home. The back of the property belongs to a separate unit in the home and there may be pets. Your reservation will have access to the front yard of the property, the top floor of the home and the back deck only.
- Pets and service animals ARE allowed on property. However, you will be charged for all damages to the property and items within the property caused by your pets (this includes a $500 fee for not picking up and throwing away poop on the property). You are responsible for picking up after your pet.
- There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs. There will be additional fees for more than 2 pets and it will be approved on a case by case basis.
If you have filled a trash bag during your stay, take it to the side of the house and put the bag in the appropriate can. There is a large bin for trash and for recycling.
No parties in or on the premises of the house and no smoking in the house.
--Any evidence of partying in or on the premises of the house, and /or any evidence of smoking on the property will incur an automatic charge of $350 and you will be required to leave the premises.
--If you would like to host a networking event, brunch, or similar event, please reach out to discuss prior to booking. There are additional fees and rules that must be expressly agreed to in writing before any such event can take place.
--No loud music or outdoor activities after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors and be mindful of noise. In a quiet neighborhood such as this, police will be called if there are any noise complaints.
--No illegal drugs. This property is a drug-free zone (GA. Code Ann. 16-1332). Any violation will be subject to Georgia law.
--No burning candles, incense, or grilling on the property. Automatic fee of $350 will be assessed for violating these two rules.
--This home is for a MAXIMUM of 4 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval is given by host. Additional $100 per guest per night will be added for any guests over 4 and/or guests that are not included in the reservation.
--Please list full names (first and last) of all guests checking in and notify host of any additional people that come to the house especially those are are not staying overnight.
--Unauthorized late checkout will incur an additional fee of $200 per hour prorated down to the minute.
--Any damage in house will will result in an automatic $350 charge, this includes:
Stains on furniture or sofa as well as linens - Makeup on white towels or linens (we provide black makeup towels for make-up removal) - broken or inoperable items for stains/damage to towels, linens, and comforters, cost is as follows:
Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths (including makeup on any white towels - $5 each
linen/bed sheets - $20 each
comforter/quilt - $50 each
