This beautiful space sits right on the Cumberland Estate property. Originally a functional barn, this space has been completely renovated and updated into a 3 master bedroom complex fully equipped with a gym, fully stocked kitchenette, upstairs conference room (rented separately) and pool.
The Carriage house boasts modern comforts and charming architecture. The carriage house is rented as an entire home. Bedrooms are equipped with a private entrance, queen bed, and master bath. Pets $100
On site staff provide hospitality services such as, trash pick up, turn down service (upon request), stocked amenities, maintenance, and more.
**There is no Freezer, just 2 commercial refrigerators.
Gym, Laundry room, Pool, Grounds surrounding the carriage house, and private gated entrance.
The 2nd floor conference room is rented separately at an additional cost, or else otherwise locked. It includes modern AV equipment, a large 12 person conference table with additional seating throughout the room, 2 projectors w/ drop down screens, high speed wifi access, computer & a variety of accessories available to conduct business meetings. We do not rent the Conference room while Carriage house is occupied.
