House has gorgeous pool with great lounging area, and Hammock, outdoor shower and has access to Clearwater Bay Beach (private for residents only). Situated in great neighborhood with great streets to bike ride. House has 50' flat screen TV in the living room with Blue Ray DVD player, cable and wireless Internet service, open kitchen, dining area, fireplace adjacent to land preserve (privacy), dock slip available for a boat and kayak storage as well, and a 10+ minute drive to the village. Bay Beach is a two minute drive away or 5 minute bike ride. Bikes, kayaks provided in garage for use.
