Welcome to the heart of Charlottesville! Our home is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations, right off West Main Street. Whether you're in the mood for shopping local boutiques, dining at great restaurants, or exploring iconic spots like the Downtown Mall (just a 10-minute walk east) or The Corner (a 10-minute walk west), you're steps away from all the action. Plus, the UVA Hospital is also just a 10-minute walk, making this a convenient stay for medical visits or university events.
Our home is designed for comfort and connection. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a full bath:

Downstairs, the open floor plan makes it easy to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2-seat breakfast bar, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a wide variety of spices—great for home-cooked meals. The living space features a cozy sectional, recliner, captain’s chair, and a dining table for four. There’s also a second full bathroom, a laundry closet, and enough pace for an air mattress.
Step outside to your own private patio with a dining area, gas grill, and a fenced backyard that opens directly to a small park—perfect for relaxing or letting the kids run around.
Guests have full access to the house and backyard, except for the shed. You can reach West Main Street from both the front and back of the house. The driveway fits 3 cars, and there’s additional non-permit street parking available.
