This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 8 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
On the first floor there are two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which can be converted into one kingsize bed. The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. There is also an air conditioned mezzanine floor in the master bedroom which can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, DVD, iPod dock and hairdryers. Child safety gates are available upon request. The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.
