A secluded lake with only 6 houses, this is the perfect getaway from NYC - only 90mins drive from George Washington Bridge or Lincoln Tunnel, and commute accessible: by bus to Monticello or by train to Port Jervis Station, either way is more or less 15mins cab ride to the house.
Perfect as a base for skiing in Sullivan County or slightly farther afield in the North Catskills or the Poconos. In the summer, enjoy our kayaks or swim - the lake has a raft anchored in the middle for guests to enjoy. Fire pit ideal for guitar jam sessions and smores! If you love to fish, feel free to use our fishing rods. The vicinity is ideal for exploring, hiking and unwinding in nature. Eagle watching is extremely popular here in the winter, when bald eagles are numerous. Close to Delaware River for water sports: kayaking, tubing and rafting.
